摘要
从建筑的全生命周期来看,方案阶段的绿色健康设计,相较于项目后期扩初以及施工图阶段的绿色节能设计来说,可以更容易地发挥和利用建筑围护结构本身的设计来达到绿色健康的效果,从而减少后期各类设备及技术的投入成本.建筑表皮作为建筑室内外的分界面,在一定程度上发挥维持内外空间能量交互的功能.由于民用建筑中高层公共建筑的年耗能量巨大,因此建构一套高层建筑表皮的绿色健康设计目标体系显得尤为重要.
Abstract
From a full lifecycle building perspective,green and healthy design implemented during the schematic stage,rather than later in design de-velopment or construction doc-umentation,more effectively leverages the building envelope to achieve sustainability goals,minimizing future expenditure on equipment and technology.Giv-en the significant annual energy consumption of high-rise public buildings,a targeted green and healthy design system for their envelopes is crucial for enhanc-ing overall efficiency.
