在京中央企业既有住宅外围护系统改造研究对在京的一批试点工程进行实地调研,以"高可靠、低成本、微打扰"为目标,从节能、防水、防火、外墙附属设施改造更新几个方面开展技术探索,针对改造工程中出现的典型问题进行多角度的比选、总结和创新,提出切实可行的策略.
Abstract
The study on the retrofit of the envelope system of central enterprises in Beijing conducts on-site surveys on a batch of pilot projects,aiming for high reliability,low cost,and minimal disturbance.It carries out technological exploration in several aspects such as energy conservation,waterproofing,fire prevention,and renovation of external wall ancillary facili-ties,and conducts multi-angle comparisons,summaries,and innovations on typical problems encountered in the retrofit proj-ects,thus proposing practical and feasible strategies.environ-ment.
