The system of judges'assistants is an important part of the reform of the classification and management of court personnel,and is also an inevitable requirement for the reform of the judicial accountability system.In the process of promoting the judge assistant system,our country has gained some useful experience at the same time.In the judge assistant system there is not perfect training mechanism,differentiated training is insufficient,the configuration mode is not scientific,and there exist such problems as role conflict.Giving full play to the role of judges'assistants and clearly positioning the duties of judges'assistants can help to improve the quality and efficiency of case adjudication and enforcement.Refinement of the division of labour of the judges'assistant team and the construction of a"follow-up"talent training system are not only conducive to the management and efficiency of the judges'assistant team,but also to the professional construction of the judges'team.We should strictly differentiate the types of judges'assistants,build a dual-type judges'assistant model,and give assistant judges'assistants more business training opportunities.In addition,we should further clarify the functional boundaries of judges'assistants,standardise the system for selecting judges'assistants,and effectively bring into play the systemic advantages of judges'assistants.
