This paper discusses how digital entity fusion stimulates new quality productivity,its management challenges,and its approaches.Through literature review and case analysis,the key role of digital entity integration in improving production efficiency,promoting innovation,and optimizing resource allocation is clarified.The results show that while digital physical convergence brings significant benefits to businesses and economic growth,it also faces challenges such as data security,technical standards,and management updates.In response to these challenges,strategies such as strengthening technological innovation,optimizing the policy environment,and promoting cross-border cooperation are proposed to promote the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy.This paper provides a new perspective for understanding the value of digital entity fusion and its role in promoting new quality productivity,which is of great significance for promoting the development of digital economy.
