As a new mode of college student management and service in recent years,the"one-step"student community is a positive exploration to improve the Communist Party of China(CPC)work efficiency for the youth.The Communist Youth League's construction of"one-step"student community is an important measure to implement the leadership of CPC and cultivate new generations.Focusing on the problems arising from the league's"one-step"student community organization such as weakening of the organizational function,insufficient integration of resources,and insignificant effectiveness of serving young people,we work out the strategies from four aspects to strengthen the organizational construction,integrate discipline advantages,innovate service models,and gather talent strength,so that the league's"one-stop"student community organization is strengthened and that the vitality of the league is enhanced.
