On Causes of Agile Governance Effectiveness for City Image Enhancement—Evolutionary Game Analysis Based on Online Public Opinion Dissemination
Agile governance is an important paradigm of social governance for governments,and it is particularly effective for city image enhancement,but its mechanism is not yet completely clear.Taking the behavior of governments and netizens as an entry point,we analyze the change of city image in the process of online public opinion dissemination by using the evolutionary game analysis method,and focus on the comparison of the governance effects of two paradigms:traditional governance and agile governance.After stability analysis,it is found that in the process of online public opinion dissemination,the local government adopts agile governance to maximize the publicity of the positive governance effect,thus realizing the enhancement of the city image.Numerical simulation using Malab software also confirms that agile governance is more effective than traditional governance in improving city image.Therefore,local governments need to realize the change from traditional governance to agile governance by strengthening team building,improving the early warning capability of public opinion and providing timely feedback on the results.
