摘要

在使用高大模板支撑体系时存在一种特殊施工工况,即提前拆模.该工况对施工过程中的结构受力有一定影响,存在较大安全隐患.采用光纤光栅传感技术对某工程高支模施工过程中结构的受力状态进行监测,了解构件受力状态,同时相关系统可自动预警,保障施工安全.通过该项技术,可确定高支模的最优拆除时间、确保高支模提前拆除的安全性,加快后续整个机电安装、装饰装修工程施工,实现精益建造.

Abstract

There is a special construction condition when using high formwork support systems,namely formwork removal in advance.This condition has a certain impact on the structural stress during the construction process and poses a significant safety hazard.Using fiber grating sensing technology to monitor the structural stress state during the construction of a high-formwork project can provide insight into the stress state of the components,and the related system can automatically provide early warnings to ensure construction safety.Through this technology,the optimal removal time of high-formwork can be determined,ensuring the safety of high-formwork removal in advance,accelerating the subsequent construction of the entire electromechanical installation and decoration project,and achieving lean construction.
