Accurate BIM models are essential for BIM construction applications,but it is challenging for small and medium-sized construction companies to independently establish and refine high-quality BIM construction models.To address this issue,a technique for automatic modeling of BIM geometric models is proposed.The automatic generation principles of geometric models in BIM are studied,and the basic algorithm is defined using functional formal language.The algorithm is implemented in Python,and a prototype system for automatic modeling of BIM geometric models is developed on the Autodesk Dynamo graphical development platform.The effectiveness of the prototype system is validated through a practical engineering case,demonstrating the accuracy of the proposed core algorithm and the feasibility of BIM automatic modeling system development.
