Study on Anti-corrosion Technique of HDPE Anchor Plate for Shield Segments
As underground space development deepens, tunnel projects are frequently constructed in corrosive or groundwater environments, demanding high anti-corrosion performance for shield segments.Traditional anti-corrosion mortar applications are insufficient for current requirements.Based on the rainwater storage project at Shanghai Longhua Sewage Treatment Plant, the performance of internal anti-corrosion materials for tunnel segments is analyzed, with comparative experiments conducted under the tunnel segment's specific environmental conditions. Results indicate that the HDPE anchor plate provides effective anti-corrosion and waterproofing as an internal shield segment material. The handhole sealing method, combining embedding and hot melt overlap, achieves integrity and strength that meet design standards. These findings offer essential technical support for the referenced project and a reliable basis for similar engineering applications.
