In the modern information era,integrating BIM-based data management concepts into building construction to optimize construction process management and improve management efficiency holds significant practical value.Using the Shanghai Chest Hospital Science and Education Complex Project and the Mental Health Center Project as examples,BIM technology is incorporated into project management.Through studies on full-process virtual construction techniques,a digital management system for the medical building field is established,providing a reference for similar projects.
