Technique for Relocation of Historical Building Groups
Based on the relocation project of historical building group of Shanghai Ankang Court,a comprehensive construction technique combining the vehicle-mounted method and the incremental launching method is proposed to address challenges such as the lack of consideration for temporary load in the basement roof design, multiple elevation levels on the roof, and a long relocation distance.Specifically, the historical building group is initially transported to the edge of the basement roof using SPMT hydraulic vehicles.Subsequently, the roof structure is temporarily reinforced, and construction beams are installed to address height differences. Finally, the jacking method is used to relocate the buildings back to their original positions on the roof structure.Practice demonstrates that the vehicle-mounted method shortens the construction period and reduces costs, while the jacking method addresses the high bearing capacity requirements of the basement roof during relocation.
