软土地区小净距盾构隧道加固方案对比分析研究

小净距盾构隧道工程中,后行隧道施工将对周边土体和既有隧道产生扰动,进一步导致土体失稳、管片破坏和结构偏移,影响工程安全.以苏州市轨道交通7号线小净距盾构隧道工程背景,基于PLAXIS 3D建立了小净距盾构隧道精细化数值模拟,对比分析了不同加固措施在小净距工程中的应用效果,并基于试算结果设计了适应苏州地铁7号线小净距工况的现场加固方案,根据现场实测数据分析了实际加固方案的实施效果.研究得出的结论可为小净距盾构隧道加固方案设计提供一定的参考与指导.
Study on Comparative Analysis of Reinforcement Schemes for Small Spacing Shield Tunnels in Soft Soil Areas
In small spacing shield tunnel projects,construction of the rear tunnel disturbs the surrounding soil and existing tunnel,potentially causing soil instability,segment failure,and structural deviation,which impacts project safety.Taking the small spacing shield tunnel project of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 7 as a case,a detailed numerical simulation is conducted using PLAXIS 3D to compare and analyze the application effects of different reinforcement measures.Based on preliminary calculation results,a field reinforcement scheme tailored to the small spacing conditions of Suzhou Metro Line 7 is designed.Field monitoring data are analyzed to assess the effectiveness of the implemented reinforcement scheme.The findings provide reference and guidance for designing reinforcement schemes for small spacing shield tunnels.
