跨河桁架内部大口径超重输水管道滑行安装施工技术研究

在跨河管道设计时,由于跨度较大,管道不能单单采用墩柱自承,因此设计人员会增加钢桁架作为管道的支撑段.在复杂地形环境下,进行大跨度桁架吊装和大口径供水管道吊装难度可想而知.以陕西省西安市西咸新区第二水厂出厂管道工程施工(第八标段)项目为例,针对项目在桁架内大口径大跨度输水管道施工过程中遇到的难点,提出了一种跨河高空桁架内大型管道轨道滑行安装技术,通过在桁架内部设置滑行轨道,借助BIM软件场景模拟,采用永临结合的方式进行管道推拉滑行安装,解决因桁架整体吊装后管道无法一次性吊装安装的难题,保证了施工质量和安全,提高了施工效率,减少了非实体材料投入,降低了施工成本.
Study on Sliding Installation Technique for Large-Diameter Overweight Water Supply Pipelines inside River-Crossing Trusses
In designing river-crossing pipelines with large spans,pipelines cannot rely solely on pier self-support,prompting designers to add steel trusses as support sections.In complex terrain,the challenges of large-span truss hoisting and large-diameter water pipeline hoisting are considerable.Taking the construction project of the Second Waterworks factory pipeline(eighth section)in Xixian New District,Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province as an example,a sliding installation technique for large-scale pipelines within high-altitude,river-crossing trusses is proposed to address the difficulties encountered in large-diameter,large-span water pipeline construction inside trusses.This technique involves setting sliding tracks within the truss,using BIM software for scenario simulation,and implementing a push-pull sliding installation method with a combination of permanent and temporary supports.This approach resolves the issue of one-time lifting and installation of pipelines following overall truss hoisting,ensuring construction quality and safety,improving construction efficiency,reducing the use of non-structural materials,and lowering construction costs.
