摘要

垂直运输作为超高层建筑建造过程中最重要的要素之一,其体系的设计关乎整个项目的运行,施工电梯又是垂直运输体系不可或缺的工具.结合宁波中心大厦项目特点及施工工况,介绍了超高层建筑施工电梯布置要点、高空转换体系的设计方案及优化措施,利用转换体系实现上下结构分段施工,以提高结构补缺效率及保证项目整体施工计划.

Abstract

Vertical transportation is one of the most critical elements in constructing ultra-high-rise buildings,with its system design impacting the entire project's workflow.Construction elevators are indispensable tools within this system.Based on the characteristics and construction conditions of the Ningbo Center Building project,the key points for elevator arrangement in ultra-high-rise buildings,along with the design and optimization of the high-altitude conversion system,are introduced.The conversion system enables segmented construction of upper and lower structures,enhancing structural completion efficiency and ensuring adherence to the overall construction schedule.
