以中国航海博物馆帆体铝板幕墙整体改造提升工程为背景,配合馆方不停展施工,同时保证施工安全、质量、进度;由于帆体为异形曲面结构,从设计阶段开始优化平台连接方式,合理布置连接点位置,最终选择悬挑施工平台为高空散装安装的方式,采用抱箍结构和拉杆的形式将悬挑平台与帆体钢构管进行有效连接固定,从而形成安全可靠的施工平台.本悬挑平台安全、便捷、施工性强,实现了在不使用大型机械的情况下完成异形幕墙的更新;解决了现场异形超大高差的吊顶施工难题,在确保已运营结构安全的同时,有效降低了施工成本、缩短了施工工期、保障了施工安全、满足了馆方的要求,达成既定目标.
Development and Application of Assembled Cantilevered Operation Platform
In the context of the overall renovation and enhancement project of the sail-shaped aluminum plate curtain wall at the China Maritime Museum,continuous exhibition operation,construction safety,quality,and progress were maintained.Due to the special-shaped curved structure of the sail,the connection method for the platform was optimized from the design phase,with rational positioning of connection points.The cantilevered construction platform was ultimately chosen for high-altitude assembly,effectively connecting and securing it to the sail's steel pipes using a hoop structure and tie rods,thus forming a safe and reliable construction platform.The cantilevered platform is safe,convenient,and efficient,enabling the renewal of the special-shaped curtain wall without large machinery.It addresses challenges in hanging roof construction with large height variations on site,ensuring operational structure safety,reducing costs,shortening the construction period,ensuring construction safety,meeting museum requirements,and achieving the established goals.
