摘要

基于荣耀之环环状钢结构整体提升工程,利用全站仪对环结构提升段在预提升时构件悬停期间的接口点位坐标进行测量,再将测量的数据导入IN系列软件进行数据分析,搭载模拟.通过搭载模拟得到的各拼接接口测控点的误差值,快速以数据的形式展现构件的错位、偏差等情况,并为后续的嵌补段修整提供数据支持,对后续嵌补段实际安装可能遇到的问题进行提前预防、整改,在提高提升安装效率的同时,降低项目成本,为提升过程提供质量检验参考.

Abstract

Based on the overall lifting of the circular steel structure in the Ring of Glory project,a total station is used to measure the interface point coordinates of the structure's lifting section during pre-lifting suspension.The measured data is then imported into IN series software for analysis and simulation.Error values at each splicing interface's measurement points,obtained through simulation,enable quick identification of component dislocation and deviation.This data supports adjustments in subsequent embedded segments,allowing for preemptive corrections to potential installation issues.This approach enhances lifting and installation efficiency,reduces project costs,and provides quality inspection references for the lifting process.
