Study and Application of Virtual Pre-assembly Technique in Large-Span Steel Structure Engineering
Based on the overall lifting of the circular steel structure in the Ring of Glory project,a total station is used to measure the interface point coordinates of the structure's lifting section during pre-lifting suspension. The measured data is then imported into IN series software for analysis and simulation.Error values at each splicing interface's measurement points, obtained through simulation, enable quick identification of component dislocation and deviation. This data supports adjustments in subsequent embedded segments, allowing for preemptive corrections to potential installation issues. This approach enhances lifting and installation efficiency, reduces project costs, and provides quality inspection references for the lifting process.
