Study on Comprehensive Construction Technique for Multi-Slope Wavy Metal Roofs
Addressing the construction challenges of multi-slope wavy metal roofs,including varied curvatures,significant slope changes,irregular deformations,and high leakage risks from penetration fixing,BIM technology is employed to enhance the detailing of metal roof layouts.Roof purlins with differing lengths,angles,and heights are modularly segmented,uniquely coded,and their installation positions are identified.By back-calculating purlin and purlin support plate elevations based on finished surface elevations and roofing specifications,connection holes between purlin support plates and purlins are optimized.An innovative sliding fixed support combined with a standing seam system is introduced to resolve issues related to multi-curvature linear forms,expansion deformation,and waterproofing of multi-slope wavy metal roofs.
