Study on Application of Non-Support Stereotyped Precise Sealing Technique for Construction Openings
Construction openings often suffer from low forming quality and susceptibility to leakage, with traditional sealing methods using single steel pipe supports leading to misalignment and leakage. To address these issues,a non-support opening retention mold has been developed, suitable for construction openings. This mold, composed of a rounding bucket formwork and support mechanism, enables precise placement of the opening retention device after laying the bottom formwork, thus improving positional accuracy and preventing issues such as mold displacement and slurry leakage during pouring.Following concrete pouring of the floor slab, the mold is removed, and a semi-circular movable plate is left on the bottom plate to achieve support-free installation with rapid setup and removal, enhancing quality and efficiency. The two-stage water-stop screw is used for the connecting rod,and structural bolts are embedded after the removal of the bottom mold and reinforcement to prevent leakage.Application of this technique in the project significantly reduced leakage rates and improved forming quality, demonstrating valuable potential for wider adoption.
