摘要

从上海市联影智慧医疗园区项目腐蚀环境和腐蚀因素进行考虑,结合项目对涂层防腐寿命、环氧石墨烯锌粉底漆及环氧云铁中间漆、氟碳树脂面漆的要求,提出高性能复合涂层防腐体系.通过环氧石墨烯锌粉底漆中石墨烯含量的变化,进一步对涂层耐冲击、附着力及耐盐雾性能等角度,分析了环氧石墨烯锌粉底漆复合涂层防腐体系在房建领域的适用性.

Abstract

Considering the corrosion environment and factors in the Shanghai Lianying Wisdom Medical Park project,and in line with the requirements for coating durability—including epoxy graphene zinc powder primer,epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint,and fluorocarbon resin topcoat—a high-performance composite coating anti-corrosion system is proposed.Variations in graphene content within the epoxy graphene zinc powder primer are analyzed to assess the composite coating system's applicability in housing construction,focusing on impact resistance,adhesion,and salt spray resistance.
