Research Progress on Urban Renewal Cost-Related Issues in China in the Past Decade:Bibliometric Analysis Based on CiteSpace
According to 233 articles published in the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),the visualized analysis on the research of urban renewal cost-related issues in China in the past decade was conducted based on CiteSpace software.The number of articles,journal names,authors,institutions and key words were analyzed,and corresponding knowledge graphs were obtained.The results indicated that the number of yearly published articles in such field was steadily increasing,and these articles were mainly published in core journals.However,there was a lack of a close collaboration network between the authors and the institutions.Research hotspots involved aspects such as cost optimization strategies,cost control and management.The cost control and management of urban renewal projects,as well as the further improvement of urban renewal policies,were still recognized as the future research trends.Finally,future research orientations were discussed to give a reference for scholars.
