Research on the Resignation Tendency of Architectural Design Personnel
In order to identify the key influencing factors of resignation tendency among architectural design personnel,analyze the relationship between influencing factors and the level of resignation tendency,and explore effective strategies to reduce resignation tendency,a survey was conducted among design personnel in Suzhou,and the valid questionnaires collected were statistically analyzed.The results show that:(1)"Future career development"and"compensation"are key influencing factors of resignation tendency among design personnel.(2)Design personnel of different genders have significant differences in resignation tendency in terms of organizational and individual factors,and design personnel with different educational backgrounds have significant differences in resignation tendency in terms of personal,treatment,and psychological factors.(3)"Providing employees with greater development space"and"establishing a fair distribution mechanism"are the main measures to reduce resignation tendency.The research results help design units understand the key factors influencing the resignation tendency of design personnel,in order to take more effective measures to reduce the turnover rate of employees.
