On Applications of Bauhaus Design Ideas in Rural Revitalization
Bauhaus design played an important role in German's industrial revolution.Originally proposed by Walter Gropius,Bauhaus design places a profound influence on progress in architectural design and design thinking of designers in China.At present,rural revitalization gradually becomes one of China's development strategies.To better support our rural revitalization strategy,Chinese designers take an active part in this and proactively explore approaches to effectively promote China's rural revitalization.By deeply probing into both Bauhaus design and the rural revitalization strategy,we have an intention to integrate them together organically and gain more in-depth insights into them based on our professional knowledge of various disciplines including architecture and urban-rural planning.In this way,it is expected to obtain some useful enlightenment and make some contributions to rural revitalization.
