人才是第一资源.人才理念体现了企业对人才的认知、态度,是指导人才选、育、留、用的基本原则,是企业发展的关键因素之一.在当今"百年未有之大变局"下,随着时代的变迁、行业的竞争、市场的变化以及新生代员工的崛起,企业人才理念亟需与时俱进.文章深入探讨了人才理念的重要意义,分析了人才理念的动因,包括时代、行业、市场和人才四方面的变化.据此提出企业应根据市场大环境对应企业自身发展需求,构建以自由与价值创造为核心主张的人才理念新体系.
Practice of and Reflections on Talent Concept Innovation in Enterprises:Take Huahui Group for Example
Talents are the primary resource.The talent concept of an enterprise reflects its cognition of and attitude toward talents and serves as a basic guiding principle of talent selection,training,retention,and use.Without a doubt,the talent concept is one of the factors critical to corporate growth.In this context of profound changes unseen in a century,the talent concept in enterprises is in urgent need of advancing with the changes of the times,increasingly fierce industrial competition,market changes,and the rise of a new generation of employees.Based on exploring the significance of the talent concept,the driving forces for talent concept innovation were found to cover changes in times,industrial changes,market changes,and the changes in talent needs.Accordingly,it is pointed out that an enterprise should take market circumstances and corporate development demands into account,and establish a new talent concept system that focuses on freedom and value creation.
