A Study on Competency-Based Human Resource Planning Process for Enterprises
Human resource planning plays an important part in human resource management for enterprises and serves as the bridge between corporate strategy and business operation.In terms of traditional human resource planning,it is difficult to strike a balance between quantity and quality of human resources on the one hand;and on the other hand,the matching degree with a specific corporate strategy also needs to be further improved.However,competency-based human resource planning can make up for the deficiency in traditional human resource planning.In addition to remaining consistent with the corporate strategy,quantity and quality of human resources achieve balance.Starting with the comprehension of competency,this study analyzes the advantages of competency-based human resource planning and puts forward the specific competency-based human resource planning process.
