实验室项目是一种偏小众的建筑类型.南方科技大学医学院项目功能庞杂,机电系统复合,工期紧张.文章以南方科技大学医学院项目为例提出了实验室项目从前期立项、规模论证、设计深化、进度把控及管理模式等方面的建议,为后续同类型项目提供高质量发展经验.
Abstract
Laboratory construction is a niche project.Regarding the project of the School of Medicine at Southern University of Science and Technology,it was characterized by complex functions,complicated electromechanical systems,and a tight project schedule.This study took this project for example to propose suggestions on various aspects including early project approval,project scale demonstration,detailed project design,project progress control,and project management modes.In this way,it is expected to provide useful experience for subsequent similar projects.
