Research on Cost Management of Prefabricated Buildings Based on System Dynamics
Prefabricated buildings have become an inevitable trend in the development of the construction industry today due to their advantages such as short construction period and energy conservation. However,as prefabrication in China is still in its infancy, with a small construction scale, backward technology, and relatively high project costs, its development is constrained. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the cost of prefabricated building projects. This paper, with system dynamics as its core, first defines the system boundary, identifies the main cost influencing factors, and analyzes their inherent reasons and operating mechanisms.Secondly,it establishes and validates dynamic models of cost management and, through simulation, provides reasonable suggestions for reducing the cost of prefabricated buildings.
