关于施工企业主导EPC模式的设计工作探讨

摘要
随着行业变革,EPC模式越来越受到国内外业主单位的重视,而采用EPC工程发包模式也逐渐展现出强大的综合性技术优势,极大地提高了工程建设效率,有力地贯彻了设计与施工的统一性,而施工企业主导的EPC模式也逐渐成为工程建设关注的焦点.文章旨在探讨施工企业主导下的EPC设计工作的推动措施,从体系制度建设、管理思维创新、新技术新材料应用等方面提出针对EPC工程设计工作的创新模式,以促进项目建设的合理性和创效性,为工程建设提供新思路,为业内发展提供参考.
Abstract
As industry reform progresses,EPC models are gaining increasing attention from project owners at home and abroad.Employing the EPC contracting method also gradually demonstrates its comprehensive technical advantages,significantly enhancing the efficiency of project construction,and forcefully implementing the unification of design and construction.The construction firm-led EPC model is becoming the focus of construction project attention.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the measures to promote design work under the construction firm-led EPC model,and propose innovative models for EPC project design work from the aspects of system and institution building,management thinking innovation,and the application of new technologies and materials,to promote the rationality and innovation of project construction,provide new ideas for project construction,and offer reference for industry development.
