摘要

近年来,我国政府在建筑业积极推行全过程工程咨询,但其在我国的应用还不够广泛,有很多因素影响了全过程工程咨询在建筑业的推广和应用,而相关的实证研究却非常少.文章基于文献综述识别了我国全过程工程咨询发展的影响因素,运用问卷调查和专家访谈的方法确定了关键影响因素.结果表明:"全过程工程咨询的相关政策制度""全过程工程咨询企业的综合服务能力""项目各参与方之间的信任合作关系"是影响我国全过程工程咨询发展的关键因素,不同参与方对这些因素的重要程度认知基本一致.研究成果能够为全过程工程咨询在我国建筑业的高质量发展提供理论参考.

Abstract

In recent years,the Chinese government actively promoted whole-process engineering consultation in the building industry.However,it is still not widely applied in China.Considering this,many factors are found to affect the promotion and application of whole-process engineering consultation in the building industry.However,they are seldom empirically investigated yet.Based on the literature review,this study identifies factors that influence the whole-process engineering consultation development in China.By questionnaire surveys and expert interviews,key influence factors were confirmed.According to relevant results,"policies and systems relating to whole-process engineering consultation","integrated service capability of whole-process engineering consultation service providers",and"trust relationship of project participants"are all key factors affecting the progress of whole-process engineering consultation in China.Moreover,different participants have reached a consensus on the importance of these factors.It is expected that relevant research findings can be used as theoretical references for the high-quality development of whole-process engineering consultation in China's building industry.
