摘要
近年来,棚户区改造是我国城市高质量发展的重要领域,也是体现以人民为中心的重要建设项目,正在全国如火如荼地进行.如何加强对棚改项目的风险识别与分析,对于应对风险、减少各类风险对开发企业参与此类项目的不利影响,显得尤为重要.文章将风险识别理论与棚户区改造项目有效结合,运用WBS和层次分析法对棚户区改造项目进行风险识别与分析研究,将风险管理流程嵌入到具体的棚户区改造项目中,为项目管理者提供决策依据,有效提高棚改项目抗风险能力.
Abstract
In recent years,the shantytown reconstruction is an important field of urban quality development in China,but also reflects the important construction projects with the people as the center,is being carried out in full swing throughout the country.How to strengthen the risk identification and analysis of the shed renovation project is particularly important for dealing with risks and reducing the adverse impact of various risks on the development enterprises participating in such projects.In this paper,the risk identification theory is effectively combined with the shantytown reconstruction project,WBS and analytic Hierarchy process are used to identify and analyze the risk of shantytown reconstruction project,and the risk management process is embedded in the specific shantytown reconstruction project,which provides decision-making basis for project managers and effectively improves the anti-risk ability of shantytown reconstruction project.
