摘要
历史文化街区作为城市文化价值和风貌特色的重要空间载体,往往面临保护与发展、传统与现代、近期与长远等多重矛盾挑战.为实现历史文化街区的复兴活化,文章引入城市针灸理论,探讨小规模、渐进式的更新模式在街区更新中的实际应用.以呼和浩特席力图召-大盛魁历史文化街区为例,提出了空间布局、功能配置、风貌特色、在地文脉等多方面的研究视角和更新策略,为历史文化街区保护更新提供新思路.
Abstract
Historical and cultural blocks are important spatial carriers of urban cultural values and urban styles and features.In most cases,historical and cultural blocks face challenges from contradictions between protection and development,the traditional and the modern,and the long-term and the short-term,etc.To revive and activate historical and cultural blocks,the concept of urban acupuncture was introduced in this study to explore applications of a small-scale and progressive renewal mode in block renewal.Moreover,the Dashengkui Historical and Cultural Block in Xilituzhao Monastery of Hohhot was taken for example.Through investigation,a research and renewal strategy was raised from multiple perspectives,including spatial arrangement,function allocation,styles and features,and local culture.In this way,it is expected to provide new thoughts for the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks.
