Analysis of Research Hotspots in Traditional Chinese Villages
Since the establishment of the traditional village protection directory system in China in 2012,research on traditional villages has been continuously deepened.Sorting out its research hotspots and dynamics is of great significance for promoting scientific research,protection and revitalization practices of traditional villages,and promoting rural revitalization strategies.Based on the core database of CNKI,a knowledge graph visualization analysis was conducted on 1,736 traditional village research literature using VOSviewer software.The analysis results show that:①In the past decade,the research hotspots in the field of traditional villages have shown clear focus and phased changes.From 2012 to 2022,traditional village research had a transformation from protection to activation.② Research hotspots mainly focus on rural revitalization,traditional village protection,cultural heritage,and other fields.In recent years,spatial layout,cultural revitalization,and village revitalization have become emerging research hotspots.③ The traditional village research method mainly combines qualitative and empirical,quantitative and empirical methods,aiming to promote the sustainable development of traditional villages.Future research should delve deeper into issues such as cultural heritage protection,rural revitalization construction,evaluation and revitalization of traditional villages,and use new technologies and methods to inject new vitality into the development of traditional villages.
