Through practice and exploration of project management for over two decades,China Architecture Design & Research Group has experienced a three-stage transformation from settling the"implementation of project management"by finding problems in the startup stage,to realizing"effective project management"through institutional development in the stage of maturity,and to making efforts for"high-quality project management"by optimizing management in the current stage of improvement.For over two decades,China Architecture Design & Research Group has been continuously exploring,improving and optimizing project management,and reforming and innovating in the aspects of management structure,institutional development and talent training by focusing on the project manager responsibility system centering on projects,to strive to explore a development path adapting to industrial demands,following market trends and facilitating corporate development.
