在数字化浪潮席卷全球的背景下,勘察设计企业正面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战,传统的质量管理模式已无法满足市场需求和企业发展的需要.文章介绍了华汇集团在组织管理、生产管理两方面的数字化质量管理探索和实践,以期为行业企业带来有益参考.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of a global digitalization wave,survey and design enterprises are encountering unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Traditional quality management models no longer meet market demands and the development needs of enterprises.This paper introduces Huahui Group's exploration and practice of digital quality management in organizational and production management,aiming to provide valuable references for industry enterprises.
