The advent and integration of emerging technologies,such as digital twins,cloud computing,big data,the Internet of Things(IoT),and artificial intelligence(AI),have precipitated substantial shifts in the production and management paradigms of construction enterprises.Amidst burgeoning challenges characterized by excessive consumption,escalated risk,substantial investments,and diminished profitability within the construction sector,the imperative to meld modern informational technologies with avant-garde management philosophies stands paramount.Such integration is aimed at transforming organizational and management approaches,production and business processes,preemptively mitigating risks,optimizing internal mechanisms,augmenting profitability,curbing expenses,and thereby enhancing the operational and management acumen of these enterprises.Crucially,it also serves to bolster their core competitive advantage and equip them for high-quality development.This study proposes the nascent establishment of an integrated"perception-analysis-synthesis-evolution-decision"technological framework tailored for enterprise-level and smart city operations.This endeavor seeks to develop an intelligent operational management platform tailored to construction enterprises,aimed specifically at the attainment of"dual carbon"goals.It aspires to offer empirical insights for enhancing the precision of operational management in construction enterprises through the medium of digital technologies.
