基于科学知识图谱的建筑企业数字化转型研究评述与展望
A Review and a Prospect of Research on the Digital Transformation of Builders Based on Scientific Knowledge Graphs

摘要
在"十四五"规划指导下,数字化转型被视为提升建筑行业发展质量的关键一环.本研究选取了某数据库内的210篇相关论文作为分析样本,采用Citespace软件对这些文献中的研究热点、主题聚类以及发展动向进行了可视化的知识图谱分析.通过结合图谱分析结果与文献综述,识别出了核心关键词的共现频率及其在网络中的中介权重,并通过对这些项点的中介权重进行聚类分析,归纳出九个最受瞩目的研究主题.此外,本研究亦针对建筑企业数字化转型的研究焦点与存在的研究空白提出了明确的识别,并进一步从实施路径、效能与成本、潜在风险、案例研究、数据处理及评估反馈等多方面提出了未来的研究方向.
Abstract
Under the guidance of the"14th Five-year Plan",digital transformation is regarded as a crucial step for enhancing the development quality of the construction industry.In this study,210 relevant research papers from the CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)database were selected as samples for analysis,of which a visual knowledge graph analysis was conducted with the software Citespace in terms of their research focuses,topic clustering,and development trends.Based on the results of the knowledge graph analysis and a literature review,the study identified the co-occurrence frequency of core keywords and their intermediate weights in the network,and summarized 9 most remarkable research topics through a cluster analysis of the intermediate weights of these nodes.In addition,the study also clearly pointed out research focuses and existing research gaps in the digital transformation of builders,and further put forward future research directions in multiple aspects such as implementation approaches,efficiency and costs,potential risks,case studies,data processing,and evaluation feedback.
