人才雁阵赋能建筑业高质量发展研究——以吉林省为例

人才是制约建筑业高质量发展的瓶颈之一.文章通过借鉴"雁阵模式",将建筑业人才分为"头雁""强雁"和"雏雁"."头雁"领航,"强雁"齐飞,"雏雁"展翅.目前,吉林省建筑业还存在缺乏部分领域的关键人才、产业结构和人才结构不完全匹配,产业和人才水平难以发挥协同作用等问题.因此,需大力培养和引进优质复合型人才、优化产业结构和人才结构、完善人才培养体系,推动吉林省建筑业实现高质量发展.
Research on Talent Empowerment for High-Quality Development in the Construction Industry:A Case Study of Jilin Province
Talent is a significant constraint on the high-quality development of the construction industry.To address this,this paper categorizes construction industry talents into"Lead Geese""Strong Geese"and"Goslings",by drawing on the"Flying-Geese Paradigm".Specifically,the"Lead Geese"guide the way,the"Strong Geese"follow in unison,and the"Goslings"spread wings.The construction industry in Jilin Province is facing issues such as a lack of key talents in certain fields,a mismatch between the industrial structure and talent structure,and difficulties in leveraging synergistic effects between the industry and talent levels.To support the high-quality development of the construction industry in Jilin Province,it is crucial to actively nurture and introduce high-quality composite talents,optimize the industrial and talent structures,and enhance the talent nurturing system.
