The Preliminary Exploration of Post-disaster Reconstruction Planning Strategies and Methods for Ethnic Traditional Villages from a Resilience Perspective:A Study Case on Post-disaster Reconstruction Planning of Daiji Village in Caodeng Town,Ma'erkang City,
Ethnic regions,as vital clusters of traditional villages, carry the cultural heritage and nostalgia from the past to the present.Due to geographical distribution, these areas are frequently threatened by natural disasters with the challenges of protection and development in urbanization trends. This paper firstrecognizes the coupling between ethnic traditional villages and post-disaster reconstruction planning.Next, using the six elements of resilience theory,a resilience system is developed for the post-disaster rehabilitation of ethnic traditional communities.Based on this,it suggests a comprehensive plan and approach for post-disaster rebuilding that includes institutional innovation, ecological restoration, cultural rebirth, economic stimulation, infrastructure development, and social reconstruction. To serve as a model for post-disaster reconstruction plans in ethnic traditional villages in China, the implementation path of this planning technique is also examined in the planning practice of Dai Ji Village,a representative traditional village.
