Design Goals and Philosophy of"Fresh Architecture"
This study explores high-quality architectural design from the perspective of"good architecture,good design,good dissemination,"using the operational history and feedback from the construction unit of Huaxin(International)Software Park over a decade to set an example for society and the industry.Good architecture can speak for itself.In this paper,academic highlights of the recently held"Fresh Architecture Shared On-site Experience and Academic Seminar"in Dalian are described.The design pursuit of the Huaxin(International)Software Park project with adherence to the keywords of being fresh,orderly,and integrated can be observed from the interpretation of the rich concept of"freshness"to the natural expression of the"quality-oriented innovation"productivity concept.According to this paper,both a project and a book have their industry standards,which form a replicable and promotable classic"yardstick"for the respective industry.In terms of modern heritage,many Chinese art pieces have outperformed Western ones.In that case,"artistry and aesthetics"can save the world's technological development from the perspective of deeply participating in the world's industrial heritage architecture.Chinese architects'design confidence and technological proficiency can provide a template for upgrading the world standard in the integration of science and technology parks,large public buildings,and the environment.Based on this,this paper also evaluates the birth pathway of landmark architectural works and their significance for urban development in technology and culture.
