摘要

发展红利逐渐消失,如何获取新项目将是关系企业生死存亡的重要问题.面对危机与挑战,针对"自由主义"下勘察设计企业普遍存在的"不主动""不研究""不持续""不协同""不系统"等问题,建立规范、科学、高效的市场经营体系的重要性不言而喻.通过搭建包含产品体系、市场体系、承揽体系、客户体系、资源体系、团队体系的市场经营体系,掌握科学管理手法,助力企业一路披荆斩棘.

Abstract

As the benefits of development gradually diminish,securing new projects becomes a critical issue that could determine the survival of a business.In the face of crises and challenges,survey and design firms operating under a"liberal"mindset often exhibit issues such as a lack of initiative,research,continuity,collaboration,and systematization.The importance of establishing a standardized,scientific,and efficient market operation system is,therefore,self-evident.By creating a market operation system that includes product,market,contracting,client,resource,and team subsystems and mastering scientific management techniques,businesses can navigate through challenges successfully.
