摘要

本研究从建筑企业的角度出发,对智能建造应用进行概念界定,构建建筑企业应用智能建造的四个关键维度,利用结构方程模型,研究智能建造应用对企业绩效的影响机理.结果表明,建筑企业应用智能建造能显著提高企业绩效,建筑企业绩效受智能建造应用各维度直接或间接的影响,即技术采纳、人员配备和战略支持维度均通过管理融入维度的中介间接正向影响企业绩效,而管理融入维度直接正向影响企业绩效.

Abstract

Starting from the perspective of construction enterprises,this paper conceptually defines intelligent construction applications,builds four key dimensions of intelligent construction applications in construction enterprises,and studies the impact mechanism of intelligent construction applications on enterprise performance by using the structural equation model.The results show that intelligent construction applications in construction enterprises can significantly improve enterprise performance.The construction enterprise performance is directly or indirectly affected by the various dimensions of intelligent construction application,that is,the technology adoption,staffing and strategic support,and the mediation of the management integration dimension indirectly and positively affects the enterprise performance,while the management integration dimension directly and positively affects enterprise performance.
