摘要
当前,EPC工程总承包方式在国际上得到了广泛应用,尤其是在发展中国家和新兴市场,如中东、亚洲和非洲等地,工程总承包已经成为了主流.在我国,EPC工程总承包模式多应用于公共基础设施、房屋建筑、能源、环保、交通等领域.EPC项目主要突出的是项目的整体性,建立有效的联动机制,确保项目各个环节之间的信息及时、准确地交换,有效解决设计、采购、施工之间衔接问题,但也存在一些不足.文章对EPC工程项目的特点、现状及举措进行了有效分析,旨在进一步促进EPC工程项目发展,提高EPC工程项目效能.
Abstract
Currently,the EPC(Engineering,Procurement,and Construction)general contracting model is widely used internationally,especially in developing countries and emerging markets such as the Middle East,Asia,and Africa,where it has become mainstream.In China,the EPC general contracting model is predominantly applied in public infrastructure,residential buildings,energy,environmental protection,and transportation sectors.EPC projects emphasize the overall integrity of the project,establishing an effective linkage mechanism to ensure timely and accurate information exchange between various stages of the project.This approach effectively addresses the coordination issues between design,procurement,and construction.However,some shortcomings remain.This paper provides an effective analysis of the characteristics,current status,and measures of EPC projects,aiming to further promote the development of EPC projects and improve their efficiency.
