摘要

EPC工程总承包模式作为一种集成化的建设模式,在建筑领域得到了广泛应用.对目前常见的EPC工程总承包计价模式进行总结,从政策和实践两个维度出发,对EPC工程总承包计价模式的现状进行分析,在此基础上,基于EPC工程总承包模式内涵,提出EPC工程总承包计价模式应用建议,以期促进我国工程总承包模式的可持续发展.

Abstract

As an integrated construction mode,EPC general contracting mode has been widely used in the construction field.The common EPC general contracting pricing mode is summarised,and the current situation of EPC general contracting pricing mode is analysed from the dimensions of policy and practice,based on which,based on the connotation of EPC general contracting mode,the application suggestions of EPC general contracting pricing mode are put forward with a view to promoting the sustainable development of China's general contracting mode.
