The Moderating Effect of Work Stress Coping Measures on the Psychological Well-being of Design Personnel in the Construction Sector
Inview of the high requirements and tight project schedules of modern engineering projects, designers in the construction industry are under great work stress, causing serious mental health problems.Effective work stress coping measures have a positive regulatory effect on mental health problems, but there are few related research results in China.Taking architectural designers as the research object, this paper explores the work stress coping measures taken by architectural designers through questionnaire surveys and interviews, and studies the regulatory effect of different work stress coping measures on mental health. The results show that architectural designers tend to take positive work stress coping measures, and have varying degrees of depression, anxiety, stress and other mental health problems.Positive work stress coping measures can alleviate these problems to a certain extent. The results of this paper will help to more comprehensively understand the work stress coping measures, the mental health, and the regulatory effect of work stress coping measures on the mental health of architectural designers, and provide a theoretical basis for selecting effective work stress coping measures.
