摘要
在政府工程集中管理制下,设计管理是整个工程项目中的一个重要环节.设计管理涉及政府工程的建设管理单位与政府设计管理的内核特征,同时设计管理也涉及项目需求分析、设计组织管理、设计投资管控等诸多方面,它直接关系到工程项目的功能、质量和成本.文章通过政府工程集中管理制下的设计管理研究,提出设计管理的优化策略,对于政府工程项目的设计管理有一定借鉴意义.
Abstract
Under the centralized management system of government projects,design management is a crucial linkina wholeconstruction project.Design management involves the core characteristics of the construction management institutions of government projects and government design management.Meanwhile,design management alsoconsists of several parts such as project demand analysis,design organization management,and design investment control,which are directly related to the functionality,quality,and costs of construction projects.Through research on design management under the centralized management system of government projects,this paper proposed optimization strategies for design management,providing some reference for the design management of government construction projects.
