摘要
联合体EPC模式承接的建设工程总承包项目存在着诸多因素导致的风险问题.文章结合工程管理实践经验,站在联合体承包方的角度,以联合体EPC模式建设工程总承包项目商务管理为切入点,对项目投标风险、总承包合同法律风险、项目资金管控风险进行分析,并针对不同类型的风险提出相对应的管控措施.按照实践中总结的风险管控措施,可以有效规避一系列项目前期市场开发和商务执行过程中常见的风险点.
Abstract
Construction engineering general contracting projects under the consortium EPC model face numerous risk factors.Leveraging practical experience in engineering management and adopting the viewpoint of the consortium contracting party,this article explores the commercial management of such projects.It examines the risks linked to project bidding,legal aspects of general contracting contracts,and project fund control,proposing tailored control measures for different risk types.By implementing these refined risk control measures derived from practical experience,common risk points in the initial stages of project market development and commercial execution can be effectively mitigated.
