摘要

随着数字化转型浪潮的推进,勘察设计企业正处于一个充满挑战与机遇的新时代.人力资源管理作为企业的核心职能之一,其数字化转型已成为提升管理效率、增强员工体验和实现数据驱动决策的关键.文章聚焦于构建全面高效的数字化人力资源管理平台,推动企业从传统管理向综合赋能与高效服务演进.通过文献梳理和深度访谈,结合实际业务需求,提出了 一套系统化的数字化人力资源管理平台建设方案,涵盖平台架构的设计、数据标准化的严格执行、业务流程的优化再造,以及数据分析与智能决策支持的深度整合.同时,对其实施效果进行评估并提出优化建议,为企业发展数字人力资源管理以应对数字化转型挑战提供实践启示.

Abstract

In the wake of the digital transformation wave,survey and design enterprises are navigating a landscape filled with both challenges and opportunities.Human resources management,a pivotal function within organizations,has evolved through digitalization to boost operational efficiency,elevate employee engagement,and facilitate data-driven decision-making.This article delves into the development of a comprehensive and effective digital human resources management platform aimed at steering enterprises towards holistic empowerment and streamlined services amidst the shift from traditional practices.Drawing on literature reviews,in-depth interviews,and business requirements,a structured plan for constructing a digital human resources management platform is outlined.This plan encompasses the design of platform architecture,enforcement of data standardization,optimization of business processes,and the seamless integration of data analysis and intelligent decision support.Furthermore,an evaluation of the implementation outcomes is conducted,accompanied by actionable optimization recommendations to guide enterprises in enhancing their digital human resources management capabilities and tackling the challenges posed by digital transformation.
