文创、科技如何共生——从798、M50看都市文创园区的升级探索

摘要
798艺术中心、M50创意园都融合了工业风格、历史记忆与现代规划、科技场景,树立了国内中心城区打造典型文创园区的创新范式.文章从发展历史、经验借鉴和面临挑战三个角度对798、M50进行剖析研究,借助对大都市艺术群落演变至今的共性特征和个性问题的比较思考,提出科技回归都市趋势下以"科技+文创"双轮驱动塑造未来都市艺术群落的路径建议.
Abstract
The integration of industrial aesthetics,historical narratives,contemporary urban planning,and technological innovations at the 798 Art Center and M50 Creative Park has set a pioneering standard for developing culturally rich and innovative parks in urban centers across China.This paper explores and analyzes the developmental trajectories,experiential insights,and challenges encountered by 798 and M50.Through a comparative examination of shared characteristics and unique issues in metropolitan art communities,the study offers recommendations for shaping the future of urban art hubs amidst the technological resurgence in cities driven by the fusion of"technology+culture and creativity."
