This article explores the urgency of addressing climate change and the key role of the construction industry.The study describes the progress of the construction industry in reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable development by analyzing changes in carbon dioxide emissions and renewable energy use.The method includes analysis of building data and policies in China and the United States,showing the effectiveness of green building and energy transformation.The results show that despite the severe climate challenges,through policy guidance and technological innovation,the construction industry is transforming towards low-carbon and sustainable development,making positive contributions to addressing climate change.
