Study on the Preliminary Management of Large-Scale Medical Building Projects Based on the 3D Structural Systems Engineering Approach
This study employs the three-dimensional structural systems engineering approach to analyze the procedures and key points of preliminary management work in large-scale medical building projects from a temporal dimension;it examines the complex professional system and knowledge structure involved in the management of large-scale medical building projects from a knowledge dimension;and it summarizes the four fundamental systems required for the preliminary management of large-scale medical building projects-organizational management, information management, quality management, and medical professional knowledge management systems-from a logical dimension.Ultimately,a scientific and efficient framework for the preliminary management of medical projects is constructed, aiming to provide a reference for the management practice of similar projects.
