摘要
建筑工程项目的成功与否,在很大程度上取决于成本控制的有效性.在施工阶段,其复杂性、动态性和不确定性对成本控制提出了更高要求.文章对建筑工程项目施工阶段成本控制中存在的问题进行了探讨,并给出优化措施,旨在提升项目管理水平,降低成本,确保项目顺利实施,为建筑施工企业的可持续发展提供有力支撑.
Abstract
The success of architectural engineering projects is critically contingent upon the effectiveness of cost control strategies.The construction phase,characterized by its intricacy,dynamism,and uncertainty,necessitates stringent cost control protocols.This study investigates the issues existing in cost control during the construction phase of architectural engineering projects and presents a set of optimized measures.The objective is to elevate project management standards,curtail costs,ensure the smooth implementation of projects,and underpin the sustainable growth of construction enterprises.
